Recurring Income: Affiliates earn 20% recurring income on all sales referred through their unique affiliate link. This includes monthly and annual subscriptions.
School or System-wide Adoption: If an affiliate successfully negotiates a school or system-wide adoption of PocketAI, they will earn 20% of the total revenue generated from that adoption. This commission will be ongoing for the duration of the contract with the school or system.
Eligibility
Affiliates must apply and be approved by PocketAI to participate in the affiliate program.
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
Payment Terms
Commissions are paid out quarterly.
Payments are made via PayPal or other agreed-upon methods.
A minimum balance of $50 must be reached before a commission payout is made.
Marketing and Promotion
Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by PocketAI.
Affiliates are not allowed to engage in any misleading or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to false advertising, spam, or unauthorized use of PocketAI's brand and trademarks.
Termination
PocketAI reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the program at any time for any reason.
Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to PocketAI.
